1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following circumstances:

  • The product received is damaged during transit.
  • The product received is defective or unusable.
  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The product package is tampered with upon delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.
  • Be returned with its original packaging, labels, and invoice.
  • Be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Products

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used herbal medicines.
  • Opened health supplements.
  • Honey, dry fruits, and food products once opened.
  • Products damaged due to improper handling by the customer.
  • Products purchased during special promotions, clearance sales, or discount offers unless received damaged or incorrect.

3. Return Request Process

To request a return, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • Reason for Return
  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging (if damaged or incorrect)

4. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refund processing may take 5-10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Replacement Policy

In eligible cases, customers may choose a replacement instead of a refund.

Replacement requests are subject to product availability.

If the original product is unavailable, a refund may be issued instead.

6. Order Cancellation

Before Shipment

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched from our warehouse. Eligible cancellations will receive a full refund.

After Shipment

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Customers may request a return only if the product qualifies under this policy.

7. Refused Deliveries

If a customer refuses delivery without a valid reason, shipping and handling charges may be deducted from any eligible refund.
